Associate's degree with no experience required; high school diploma with minimum three years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Proven track record of working on technical projects
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure without much work direction, changing directions quickly
Demonstrate excellent technical writing, analytical, problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with MS Access, Excel and Word
Duties: Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Reviews and analyzes business systems and user needs; makes recommendations to formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements
Assists in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
Assists in the direction of translations of functions to be automated
Assists in the design of details of automated systems
Normally received general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
