Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:

 Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and executive presence)
 Self-motivated and passionate about exceeding customer (internal and external) expectations
 Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage several projects
 Solid problem solving skills and ability to organize and multi-task
 Knowledgeable and experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle
 Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes and how technology can improve these processes
 Minimum ten years of business analyst, development, management, or consulting experience
 Functional knowledge of order fulfillment, planning, purchasing, warehousing, light assembly, distribution, and transportation is a must
 Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, best business practices and procedures for the distribution industry
 Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i or later) experience in Order Management, Supply Chain and Logistics is preferred
 Knowledgeable in relational databases and SQL
 Experience with projects involving custom development and integration
 Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, or Logistics strongly preferred
 Minimum of five years Project Management, Resource Management (Managers and Individual Contributors) experience

Duties: RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage and Lead team of Business Systems Analysts and Developers
 Provides Project Management expertise for process design and implementation
 Receptive to a rapidly changing business model and operational changes
 Develops relationships with internal/external customers and the executive management and steering committees
 Demonstrate Thought Leadership - Create, Participate, Present and Execute IT Roadmaps
 Understands, documents and identifies improvements within customers and Value Chain
 Supports maintenance of new and current distribution facility processes and software solutions
 Performs scalability analysis and drives process/system improvements to improve overall scalability
 Builds project plans, identifying tasks, resources, and timelines
 Creates and delivers presentations to customer executives with project recommendations
 Leads continuous improvements from conceptualization through design, build, testing, and rollout
 Leads the design and implementation of new customer projects and business programs
 Leads, supports, and motivates employees to reach business, career and performance and goals
