Duties: For over 60 years this firm has been a privately owned producer of products manufactured for a variety of industries. By being extremely diversified, they were able to increase their sales in 2009 and are poised to do the same in 2010. They take pride in their ability not only to promote from within, but also to move employees into other functional areas if they so desire.

In order to achieve their goals, they are seeking an individual to run their shipping department. This manager will be instrumental in smoothing out their logistics model, assuring shipment accuracy, and effectively decreasing costs through inventory control. Currently the shipping department runs on 2 shifts. However, one day they plan on moving into a 3-shift operation to better serve their clients.
