Duties: POSITION SUMMARY:

Opportunity available for an operations support individual to work with a company engaged in all forms of transportation: truckload, less than truckload, inter-modal, international, systems tools and freight payment.


KEY RESULTS AREAS:

- Manage relationships with customers
- Cross sell services to customers
- Enter orders; set up delivery/pick up appointments
- Trace and record data as shipment moves
- Provide reports to customer
